You’re invited to participate in the Holiday Sip & Stroll at Victor’s Jingle Mingle on Saturday, December 6 1:00–6:00 PM in the Village of Victor.

For those who joined us for Spooktacular: the Sip & Stroll will follow the same Bar Crawl format (lanyards, featured stops, map promotion, and exclusive offers for registered participants).

Ways to Participate

1) Host a Sip & Stroll Stop (within 1 mile of Mead Square Park)

• Offer a small sample, tasting, or mini experience — food, beverage, or retail promos welcome.

• Your offer can be free, paid, or discounted, but exclusive to registered lanyard holders.
  Examples: discounted holiday drink, BOGO deal, themed menu item, specialty tasting.

• You’ll be featured on the Crawl Map + event promotions.

• Festive décor encouraged!

• Compliance: If selling alcohol, you must hold/apply for the appropriate liquor license. The VLDC blanket liquor permit covers tastings only.

2) Put Your Brand in Every Bag (goodie bags)

• Provide 450 identical items (promo, coupon, sample, small treat, or branded giveaway).

• Bags go home with participants, so your business is remembered after the event.

• Items due by Monday, November 24.

3) Donate a Prize

• Contribute a raffle item/basket for event contests and drawings.
  Ideas: gift cards, gift baskets, branded merch, products, tickets, lessons.

• Items due by Monday, November 24.

Not within the 1-mile radius? You can still participate via Brand in Every Bag and/or a Prize Donation.
