You’re invited to participate in the Holiday Sip & Stroll at Victor’s Jingle Mingle on Saturday, December 5 1:00–5:00 PM in the Village of Victor.

For those who joined us for Spooktacular: the Sip & Stroll will follow the same Bar Crawl format (lanyards, featured stops, map promotion, and exclusive offers for registered participants).

Ways to Participate

1. Be a Featured Holiday Sip & Stroll Stop

Businesses within a 1-mile radius of Mead Square Park can host participants at their location.

Outside the radius? You may still be able to participate by setting up inside another participating business or available Village space.

To be an official stop:

• Required: Offer a complimentary sample, tasting, sweet treat, savory bite, mocktail, or other festive offering
• Strongly encouraged: Offer an exclusive Jingle Mingle special to encourage attendees to stay and make a purchase
• Optional: Add a game, giveaway, activity, or photo opportunity
• Your business will be featured on the official map and event promotions

Sip & Stroll offerings must be submitted by November 19th for the event map and promotions.

Non-alcohol businesses that would like to offer an alcoholic tasting at their stop may partner with a participating winery, brewery, or distillery. You are welcome to secure your own partner, or I can try to match you with one; however, placement is not guaranteed and will depend on the number of alcohol vendors participating.

Businesses wishing to pour alcohol themselves must have the appropriate liquor license or obtain the one day event permit. The VLDC Blanket Liquor Permit does not allow unlicensed businesses to serve alcohol on their own.

NEW THIS YEAR: Business Competition

Participating businesses can compete in two attendee-voted categories:

Best Decorated Business
Show off your holiday spirit and deck the halls!

People’s Choice: Best Holiday Sip & Stroll Stop
Attendees will vote for their favorite overall stop based on the tasting or treat, lanyard special, atmosphere, creativity, and experience.

Voting details will be shared closer to the event, and winners will receive recognition through Discover Victor NY.

NEW THIS YEAR: Ugly Sweater Contest

Sip & Stroll attendees will be encouraged to wear their funniest, tackiest, or most creative holiday sweater while they explore the Village.

Businesses are encouraged to join the fun and have staff dress festive too!

2. Put Your Brand in Every Bag

Provide 400 identical coupons, samples, treats, promotional offers, or branded items for attendee bags.

3. Be Part of the Prize Giveaways

Donate a gift card, product, service, experience, gift basket, or branded item for event prizes and giveaways.

• Family activities and inflatables
• Artisan & Holiday Market
• Holiday Light Parade
