The Town of Victor is excited to announce the return of our Spooktacular Victor with a Spooky twist on Friday, October 24 (5:30–9 PM)! This year’s new version will bring more of a bar crawl vibe along Main Street with an afterparty at The Venue at the Trail, and we want your business to be part of it!

 This event brings 300–350 adults (ages 21+) into the Village for a night of fun, beverages, food, and community spirit. It’s more than a crawl, it’s a chance to put your business in front of a highly engaged audience. 

Ways to Participate:

1. Be a Featured Crawl Stop

• If your business is within a 1 mile radius of Mead Square Park, you can host 300+ crawl participants throughout the night! 

• Host crawl-goers with a spooky drink,     snack, or themed activity 

• Get featured on the official Crawl Map + event promotions

• Creates a chance to introduce people to your space and products who may return later

• Businesses serving alcohol must have or apply for the appropriate liquor license

• We will need to know what you will be offering by Oct. 13th for event promotions

2. Put Your Brand in Every Bag

• You can include coupons, samples, or branded items ( must provide 350 pieces)

• These bags go home, so your business is remembered after the event

3. Be a Part of the Grand Prize

• Donate a gift card, item, or experience

• Your business is announced on social media & live at the afterparty hosted at the Venue at the Trail from 8pm - 11pm

• Winner gets your brand in their hands, with public recognition
