Spooktacular Victor

The Town of Victor is excited for Spooktacular Victor on Friday, October 24 from 5:30–9 PM, followed by an afterparty at DeWolf Brewing Company!

This 21+ event brings approximately 350-400 adults into the Village for a fun night of food, drinks, and local business discovery, and we want your business to be part of it.

Ways to Participate

1. Be a Featured Drink or Treat Stop

Businesses within a 1-mile radius of Mead Square Park can host attendees at their location.

Outside the radius? You may still be able to participate by setting up a table inside another participating business or available Village space.

To be an official stop:

• Required: Offer a complimentary drink sample, sweet treat, savory bite, mocktail, or another creative offering
• Strongly encouraged: Offer an exclusive Spooktacular special to encourage attendees to stay and make a purchase
• Optional: Add a game, giveaway, activity, or other fun experience
• Your business will be featured on the official event map and promotions

Non-alcohol businesses that would like to offer an alcoholic tasting at their stop may partner with a participating winery, brewery, or distillery. You are welcome to secure your own partner, or I can try to match you with one; however, placement is not guaranteed and will depend on the number of alcohol vendors participating.

Drink or Treat offerings must be submitted by October 15th for the event map and promotions.

Businesses wishing to pour alcohol themselves must have the appropriate liquor license or obtain the one day event permit. The VLDC Blanket Liquor Permit does not allow unlicensed businesses to serve alcohol on their own.

NEW THIS YEAR: Spooktacular Business Competition

Participating businesses can compete in two attendee-voted categories:

Best Decorated Business
Get creative with your storefront, windows, or event space!

People’s Choice: Best Drink or Treat Stop
Attendees will vote for their favorite overall stop based on the offering, lanyard special, atmosphere, creativity, activities, and overall experience.

Voting details will be shared closer to the event, and winners will receive recognition through Discover Victor NY.

2. Put Your Brand in Every Bag

Provide 400 coupons, samples, promotional offers, or branded items to be included in attendee bags.

3. Be Part of the Grand Prize

Donate a gift card, product, service, item, or experience for the event grand prize and receive additional recognition.

Register by Thursday, October 1st.

Bag items and prize donations are due by October 15th.
